This painting is an abstract representational work, inspired by my gardens and the underwater atmosphere you experience when snorkeling a coral reef. Vibrant colors are alive and present in these places in flowers, fish and corals that you don’t otherwise find in nature, with a few exceptions like minerals and gems. Every day we can see these colors in our gardens, so this painting is a reminder of their value.
